  • Choose which team an SOP is filed under.
  • Batch runs: pick a department, export large batches as PDF files (including on Windows), and get clear upload errors.
  • Delete your account from settings.
Changed
  • AI suggestions are kept after a run and applied to the SOP itself, instead of creating copies in your list.
  • Version history now says what each entry changed, and you can open Edit straight from the template preview.
  • The SOP analyzer can report that nothing needs changing, and skips minor nitpicks.
  • Every process map builder tab shares the same layout, and long process maps fit the page.
  • Screen captures now record your microphone, and the transcription size limit is enforced with a clear message.

2026.08

Added
  • Usage metering with plan limits, so you can see what your plan includes and how much you have used.
  • Checklists: build one by hand, or let an SOP generate its own.
Changed

2026.09Latest

Added
  • Belong to more than one organization, and switch between them from the app.
  • Sign in with your company email domain, claim your domain, and let teammates join automatically.
  • Members can move themselves between Basic and Pro, and subscribed organizations can change plans in the app.
  • Workroom pricing: edit hardware prices per catalogue row, price catalogue hardware from your workroom, and reprice rooms against current pricing. Room costs record the pricing they were calculated with.
  • Tier picker on the invite form, and recipients can flag an invite sent to the wrong address.
  • First-run setup checklist for new organizations.
  • Support tickets and an activity log for administrators.
  • Text size control on the work order print view.
  • Baseline accessibility for dialogs and notifications.
Changed
  • A failed card gets 14 days of grace before the organization is marked overdue. Lapsed trials and overdue accounts become read-only.
  • Permission changes take effect on your next request.
  • Invitations need a click to accept. No automatic joining.
  • Deactivated accounts see a clear, specific message wherever they are checked.
Fixed
  • Tightened organization-level access checks across the app.
  • Billing: seat tier changes apply only after payment is confirmed, invited seats are billed at the tier granted, visualizer seats are billed separately and their allowance resets with the billing period.
  • Visualizer: blank fields, drawn arrows and clutter no longer break the rendering, and your room stays intact in the output.
  • Roman Shade and hardware pricing no longer silently fall back to $0.
  • An expired session now sends you to sign-in instead of failing silently.
  • Many smaller fixes to admin pages, menus, CSV import and work order printing.

  • Edit a room directly in the calculator.
Changed
  • One railroading rule for pinch pleat, ripplefold and decorative styles.
Fixed
  • Clarified what organization admins can change, and kept their permissions consistent across the app.
  • Sharing only shows members of your own organization, and share permissions apply consistently across projects, rooms and work orders.
  • Room plan limits are enforced during CSV import, with an upgrade prompt.
  • Work orders no longer deduct fabric again when a room edit is saved. Work order creation limit and billing count corrected.
  • Duplicating a room recalculates it.
  • Closed two security vulnerabilities.

2026.07

  • Citations show the source outlet with a resolved link instead of a raw URL.
