Welcome to Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd. ("Orchestrator," "we," "us," or "our").
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website located at orchestrator.ca (the "Site"), as well as any associated software, applications, platforms, tools, and services provided by Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd. (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Site and Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Site or Services.
Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd. is an Alberta-incorporated digital transformation and AI technology company based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. We design, build, and deploy custom artificial intelligence engines, agentic workflows, software products, and forward-deployed engineering solutions for complex business operations. Specific commercial deployments, enterprise software integrations, and consulting services are subject to separate master service agreements (MSAs), statements of work (SOWs), or enterprise client contracts.

Eligibility
You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to access or use this Site.
Account Security
If you are provided with credentials or account access to any Orchestrator platform or client portal, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
What's ours, and yours
Ownership
All content, software, codebase, engines, agents, design elements, logos, brand assets, whitepapers, and documentation on the Site are the exclusive property of Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd. or its licensors and are protected under Canadian and international intellectual property laws.
Limited License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and view the Site for informational and evaluation purposes.
Restrictions
You shall not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any software or services on the Site without explicit written authorization from Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd.
When using our Site and Services, you agree not to:
- Violate any applicable federal, provincial, state, local, or international law or regulation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, servers, networks, or databases
- Introduce malware, viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or other malicious code

What we don't guarantee
"As Is" Basis
The Site and all informational content provided on it are supplied on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
No Guarantee
While we strive to ensure that information on the Site is accurate and current, Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd. makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or availability of the Site.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Orchestrator AI Systems Ltd., its directors, officers, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the Site or Services.
Total cumulative liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall be limited to the amount paid by you, if any, to access our public Site during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater.

Governing Law & Disputes

You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Calgary, Alberta to resolve any legal matter or dispute arising out of these Terms.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to revise and update these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will become effective immediately upon posting on the Site with an updated "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Site after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
